Vacation Clearing House & Exchange Submits Official TERO Certification Application

Vacation Clearing House & Exchange (VCHE) has officially submitted its TERO Certification application to the Cherokee Nation, taking a major step toward formal recognition as a 100% Cherokee-owned enterprise.

This submission marks a pivotal milestone in the company’s mission to create economic opportunity and cultural pride by aligning its business structure with tribal sovereignty and the values of the Cherokee people.

“This isn’t just about certification. It’s about honoring who we are and building something that directly contributes to our Nation’s future,” said founder Eric Ross Moser, a Cherokee citizen and registered tribal member.

📌 Why TERO Certification Matters:

  • Recognizes VCHE as a Cherokee-owned and controlled business

  • Expands eligibility for tribal contracts and business partnerships

  • Enhances economic empowerment within the Cherokee Nation

  • Reinforces the company’s commitment to Native-led innovation

VCHE is also in discussions to offer white-labeled access to its resort platform for tribal communities, giving other Cherokee-owned businesses and Native partners a direct path to travel benefits and revenue opportunities.
