Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 25, 2025

Welcome to the Guest Pass Affiliate Program operated by Vacation Clearing House & Exchange (VCHE). By signing up and promoting the Guest Pass, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.

1. Commission Structure

  • You earn $20 USD per completed Guest Pass sale attributed to your unique affiliate link.
  • Tracking is cookie-based and valid for 60 days from the first click.
  • Commissions are paid weekly via PayPal. A valid PayPal email is required.
  • Refunded or fraudulent orders will result in commission reversal.

2. Allowed & Prohibited Promotion Methods

Allowed:

  • Organic social posts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
  • Email newsletters, blog posts, private communities
  • Paid ads excluding brand-bidding (see below)

Strictly Prohibited:

  • Bidding on branded keywords such as “Vacation Clearing House & Exchange,” “Guest Pass,” or close variations
  • Spam, misleading claims, fake scarcity, or impersonation of VCHE staff
  • Promotion on adult, illegal, or hateful content platforms

3. Brand Assets & Content

  • You may use official logos, screenshots, and media from our Affiliate Resource Hub.
  • Do not alter official logos or create graphics that misrepresent the brand.
  • All promotional content must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship per FTC guidelines.

4. Payout Eligibility & Threshold

  • Minimum payout threshold: $20 USD.
  • Payouts are processed every Friday for commissions earned through the previous week.
  • You are responsible for any PayPal fees associated with receiving payments.

5. Termination

VCHE reserves the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account and withhold commissions for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or behavior harmful to our brand.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
