This Digital Content Delivery Policy outlines how customers will receive and access digital products such as One-Time Membership (OTM) Travel Vouchers, activation codes, and platform access after purchase.
1. Delivery Method
1.1 Instant Delivery:
Most digital travel products — including our OTM Travel Voucher — are delivered via email within 1 business day of successful payment. These typically include access links, platform credentials, or next-step instructions.
1.2 Access via Member Portal:
Some services, such as access to our booking platform powered by Arrivia, require account setup or activation. You will receive detailed onboarding instructions and login information via email.
2. Email Confirmation
2.1 Order Confirmation:
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes the details of your transaction, along with expected delivery timelines.
2.2 Access Credentials:
If your purchase requires login credentials or activation codes, these will be sent in a separate email within 1 business day.

4. Access Duration
4.1 One-Time Membership (OTM):
Your Travel Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of activation and grants full access to our wholesale travel booking portal with no further commitments or recurring fees.
4.2 Full Memberships (Optional):
If you upgrade to an annual or monthly subscription, your access continues based on your subscription terms, with renewal notices and billing outlined in your Membership Agreement.

Please ensure your device and browser meet the standard technical requirements for online access. A reliable internet connection and a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) are recommended for optimal functionality.
