  • Guest Passes are covered by a 48-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee.
  • If you're not satisfied for any reason, request a refund within 48 hours of activation.
  • Passes must not have been used to book travel.
  • Full refund issued — no activation fees, no penalties.

If your refund window has passed but you qualify under our 5×79 Guarantee, you may still request a refund as long as all the following conditions are met:

  • You must log in and search eligible destinations within 5 days of purchase.
  • If no qualifying deal is found, you must request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • You must be unable to find one 4-star or better resort with $395+ in savings compared to Expedia, Priceline, or Hotels.com.

All refund requests under this extended guarantee must be submitted via email within the stated timeline. Misuse or abuse of this policy may result in disqualification from future access.

✅ Annual Jet Setter / Partner Program Renewals:

  • Membership renewal can be canceled or opted out up to 10 days before the renewal date (30 days in Florida).
  • No travel may be booked or guest passes redeemed for cancellation to be valid.

🗓️ Submission Timelines

  • Guest Pass: Must be requested within 48 hours of activation or within 7 days of purchase under the 5×79 Guarantee.
  • Annual Renewals: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 10 days prior to renewal (30 days for Florida residents).

💸 Refund Terms

  • Guest Pass refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • No activation fee or penalty will be deducted.

🚫 Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Guest Pass refund requested after the 48-hour or 7-day window.
  • Travel has been booked or consumed.
  • Digital materials or promotional bonuses already accessed.
  • Passes distributed to another individual or marked as activated.

🔁 Exchange or Credit Options

In limited cases, we may offer alternatives such as:

  • Platform credit for future use.
  • Transfer of membership to another individual (subject to approval).
