Vacation Clearing House & Exchange (VCHE) Terms of Service

VCHE, LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates as a travel service platform offering deeply discounted travel inventory via a subscription-based and one-time membership model. This platform is powered by Arrivia, Inc., a leading provider of global travel solutions. All travel bookings and services are administered and fulfilled by Arrivia, Inc. By using our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service.

1. Overview

VCHE gives members access to wholesale pricing on travel accommodations, including cruises, resorts, vacation rentals, hotels, and more. Services are offered through two models:

  • One-Time Membership (OTM): A non-renewing membership offering 12-month access.

  • Subscription Membership: A monthly or annual auto-renewing plan.

You agree that the services are for personal use only and cannot be resold, bartered, or used commercially.

2. Membership Eligibility & Activation

To use our services, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older.

  • Reside in a non-sanctioned country.

  • Provide accurate contact, payment, and identification information.

Activation timelines:

  • OTM Guest Pass: Activated within 1 business day of purchase.

  • Subscriptions: Activated upon successful payment.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • OTM Guest Pass: Eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase if unused. A non-refundable $29 administrative cost applies.

  • Subscriptions: Cancel anytime. Refunds only provided within the initial 10-day (30-day in Florida) window.

All refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Used, redeemed, or fully consumed services are not refundable.

4. Travel Access & Restrictions

  • Access to travel inventory is subject to availability and blackout dates.

  • All bookings must comply with provider-specific terms (hotels, cruises, resorts).

  • Guest Pass or membership must be valid through the last date of travel.

  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, and personal travel expenses.

5. Disclaimers & Limitations

We are not responsible for changes, availability, or service disruptions by third-party travel providers. Our platform is provided "as-is," and we make no guarantees regarding specific inventory or outcomes.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, under AAA rules. Class action lawsuits are expressly waived.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts for enforcing arbitration awards.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is protected under our [Privacy Policy] and is used solely to administer and fulfill your travel services. We do not sell your data.
